30 kW<sub>p<\/sub> and \u2264 200 kW<sub>p<\/sub><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lot 2: &gt; 200 kW<sub>p<\/sub> and \u2264 500 kW<sub>p<\/sub><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lot 3: &gt; 500 kW<sub>p<\/sub> and \u2264 5 MW<sub>p<\/sub><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For installations on shaded areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lot 4: > 30 kW<sub>p<\/sub> and \u2264 5 MW<sub>p<\/sub><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-light-green-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions of participation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The installation must consist of new photovoltaic cells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bidder must provide proof that he is entitled to use the proposed site for the photovoltaic plant (owner, tenant, usufructuary, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tenderer must be a legal entity which :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>is established in Luxembourg,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carries out an economic activity as its main activity,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>invests in solar photovoltaic systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fulfils the general conditions applicable in this field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The projects participating in this call for tenders cannot be submitted simultaneously in the framework of an ongoing call for tenders covered by the aforementioned Grand Ducal regulation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The specifications, as well as all the terms and conditions for participating in the call for tenders, can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/guichet.public.lu\/fr\/entreprises\/financement-aides\/aides-environnement\/appel-projets-photovoltaique\/appel-photovoltaique-aides-investissements.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guichet.lu<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In general, it is advisable to seek the support of <a href=\"mailto:aides@luxinnovation.lu\">Luxinnovation <\/a>in order to prepare the submission of the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any question related to the call for projects can be addressed to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:appel.pv@eco.etat.lu\">appel.pv@eco.etat.lu<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Participate in the call for tenders launched by the Ministry of Energy and Spatial Planning and the Ministry of the Economy for the creation and operation of new photovoltaic power plants in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, of which at least part of the electricity produced is self-consumed.
