The project involves fitting professional kitchen extractor hoods with heat recovery systems on the exhaust air fan. This recovery can be performed in three different ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company will be able to save an estimated 70-100% on heating consumption in the kitchen, and around 50% on domestic hot water production, by installing this technology, which has been on the market for over 5 years. However, implementing this measure can be complex with a medium-to-long-term return on investment, and requires the temporary shutdown of production during the technical installation stage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Energy savings are achieved at the level of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The environmental gain stems from the two energy savings because there is waste heat recovery (fuel and\/or electricity savings).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, energy suppliers have been offering support and advice, as well as subsidy programmes for consumers to implement energy efficiency measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The following suppliers offer this service for companies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n N.B.
