Depending on the number of employees on the company payroll, training investment is capped:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>from 1 to 9 employees: 20% of the payroll.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>from 10 to 249 employees: 3% of the payroll.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>more than 249 employees: 2% of the payroll.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The number of employees is calculated as of 31 December of the year preceding the financial year for which co-financing is requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The State\u2019s financial subsidy increases to 35% taxable for the salary costs of participants who meet one of the following criteria on the start date of the training programme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>they do not hold no recognised diploma and have less than 10 years of service with the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they are over 45 at the start of the implementation of the company\u2019s training programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The State covers the costs of putting together the co-financing application file up to 500 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Individual training leave<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Individual training leave allows people to attend courses and take exams without having to use their personal leave.
